About Me
Dermatologist in Sofia — training and experience
Dr. Stefany Kraevska · Sofia

My Story
The path to the practice
I graduated in medicine from the Medical University of Sofia in December 2023 and chose to specialise in dermatology and venereology.
I am doing my residency in dermatology and venereology at Aleksandrovska University Hospital, in the Autoimmune Bullous Dermatoses department, a national reference centre, under Prof. Vasileva and Assoc. Prof. Drenovska. I also work in private settings, at Tokuda Hospital and at the Dermatologicum and Domus Derma dermatology clinics, where I see patients for consultations, dermatoscopy, cryotherapy and laser therapy.
In 2024–2025 I spent six months in the dermatology department of Hôpital Avicenne (AP-HP) in Paris as a Faisant Fonction d'Interne under Prof. Frédéric Caux. The placement was funded by a scholarship from the French Society of Dermatology. There I worked with skin tumours, autoimmune bullous dermatoses and everyday dermatological conditions.
I am interested in the role of nutrition in skin conditions. It does not replace treatment, but it is sometimes part of the plan, so I discuss it with patients.
Consultations are available in Bulgarian, English, French and Spanish.
Values
What I believe in
Attention
I give each patient the time their condition needs.
Evidence
My recommendations are based on medical evidence, not on trends.
Honesty
I tell you what is necessary and what is not, including when a procedure would not help you.
A whole-person view
I also ask about your habits, sleep, stress and medication, because they sometimes affect the skin.
The best results come when patients understand their skin. That is why I explain — patiently and in plain language.
