What data is processed when you visit drkraevska.com, and what the website does not collect.

Who is behind the website

drkraevska.com is the personal website of Dr. Stefany Kraevska, a resident physician in dermatology and venereology in Sofia. For questions about your personal data, write to the e-mail address at the end of this page.

What the website processes

The website is informational. It has no registration, accounts, contact forms or online booking — appointments are made through the reception of the Dermatologicum clinic (0888 713 478). For that reason the website does not collect names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses or health information.

Hosting and technical data

The website is served through Cloudflare Pages. As with any web service, the hosting and delivery network process technical data about each request — for example the IP address, browser type and time of the request — in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. Fonts and images are loaded from the website itself, without external font or advertising services.

Statistics without cookies

Aggregate visit statistics are produced with Umami, an open-source tool that runs on the website operator's own server (analytics.viktorarsov.com). It sets no cookies and uses no advertising identifiers. It measures general indicators: which pages are opened, where a visitor comes from, device type, browser, language and country.

We also count, anonymously, clicks on the buttons for booking an appointment and on the phone number. Only the name of the action (for example “book” or “call”) and where on the page the button is (for example header, mobile bar or the Contact page) are recorded. These counts are measured without cookies and without personal data: no information about you is sent — no phone number, no typed text.

Google Analytics (only with your consent)

If you allow it in the cookie banner, the website also uses Google Analytics 4 for anonymous usage statistics: which pages are opened and which ones are useful. The processor is Google Ireland Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland). Advertising features are switched off: the data is not used for advertising and is not linked to advertising profiles.

The Google Analytics cookies, _ga and _ga_0XBZ4HV7YJ, are stored only after you press “Allow” and are kept for up to 2 years. Until you allow them (or if you decline), no cookies are stored: Google receives only a cookieless signal without a visitor identifier (for example, that a page was opened).

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you decline, any stored _ga cookies are deleted.

Google may also process the data in the United States. The transfer is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, in which Google LLC participates.

Cookies

The website stores cookies only if you allow Google Analytics (see above). Umami sets no cookies. Your choice in the banner (“Allow” or “Decline”) is kept in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) and is not sent anywhere.

External links

Directions to the practice lead to Google Maps, and the sources and photograph credits lead to third-party websites (for example Unsplash and health organisations). The map is not embedded in the page, and no data is sent to those websites until you follow a link. After that, the policy of the website concerned applies.

Advertising

The website shows no advertising and does not use advertising cookies or ad trackers.

If you call the reception or write to us

Details you give the Dermatologicum reception by phone are received by the clinic so that it can book your appointment. The website does not collect or automatically record them. If you write to the e-mail address about your personal data, the message is received by Dr. Kraevska; e-mails are also processed by the e-mail service provider.

Your rights

You may ask for access to the personal data the practice has received from you, and for its correction, erasure or restriction, and you may object to its processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД).
