Step by Step

The patient journey

  1. Booking an appointment

Call the Dermatologicum reception and ask for an appointment with Dr. Kraevska. The reception keeps her weekly schedule and books the appointments.

  2. Preparation

Come without make-up on the affected areas, with a list of the products and medicines you use, and with any previous test results.

  3. The consultation

A conversation, an examination and a discussion of the findings. You can ask all your questions.

  4. Plan & follow-up

You leave with a clear written plan: treatment, care, timelines. If needed, we schedule a follow-up visit.

Before the Consultation

How to prepare

A few simple things make the examination more precise and more useful for you:

  • Avoid make-up or heavy creams on the areas to be examined on the day of your visit
  • Note down when your complaints started and what makes them better or worse
  • Bring a list of the cosmetics and medication you use
  • Bring previous test results and medical reports, if you have any
  • For a mole check — wear clothing convenient for a full-body examination
  • Write your questions down in advance, as they are easy to forget in the consulting room
