Acne & Problem Skin
Acne is a skin condition, not a cosmetic problem, and in most cases it responds well to the right treatment. The plan is built step by step around your type of acne, your skin and your lifestyle, with realistic timelines and follow-up visits.

My approach
„With acne, piecemeal self-treatment does the most damage. We build a plan step by step and follow it together, with check-ups, until the skin settles.“
Good to know
- 1
Acne is an inflammatory condition. Washing more often is not a treatment and often makes things worse.
- 2
Squeezing spots is the quickest way to lasting scars.
- 3
In adults, acne can have different triggers and sometimes needs a different approach from teenage acne.
After the consultation
Acne improves with consistent treatment; the first visible changes usually take a few weeks. We check your progress at follow-up visits.
Prices and duration depend on the individual case and are confirmed when you book.
Frequently asked questions
When will I see results?
With most plans the first improvements appear after 6–8 weeks. The full effect takes patience and consistency.
Do you treat acne scars?
Yes. Once active acne is under control, we discuss the options for marks and scars.
Does food affect acne?
For some patients, yes — the evidence points mostly to dairy and high-glycaemic foods. We discuss nutrition as part of the plan, but it complements treatment rather than replacing it.
