Medical Dermatology
Eczema, Dermatitis & Sensitive Skin
Itching and redness are exhausting and can disturb your sleep. We work in two directions: bringing the flare-up under control and restoring the skin barrier, so that future episodes are less frequent.
Consultations in Sofia (Strelbishte) in English, French, Spanish and Bulgarian.

Who it is for
- For atopic dermatitis and chronic eczema
- For contact dermatitis and allergic skin reactions
- For persistently sensitive, reactive skin
How it works
- 1 A detailed history: when and how your skin flares
- 2 Examination and assessment of the skin barrier
- 3 A treatment plan and daily maintenance care
- 4 A strategy for avoiding your triggers
My approach
„First we calm the flare-up, then we build a daily routine that protects the skin barrier.“
Good to know
- 1
Hot water dries the skin. Short showers with lukewarm water are better.
- 2
An emollient is treatment, not cosmetics: use it every day, and use enough of it.
- 3
Not every 'allergic' patch is an allergy. An accurate diagnosis spares you unnecessary restrictions and treatments.
After the consultation
You receive instructions for care at home and a plan for what to do during a flare-up.
Prices and duration depend on the individual case and are confirmed when you book.
Frequently asked questions
Can eczema be cured completely?
Chronic eczema can be controlled, but it usually does not go away with a single prescription. With the right plan, flare-ups often become less frequent and milder.
Which products should I stop immediately?
It depends on the person, but we usually start by cutting your routine down to a few gentle products.
Is eczema contagious?
No. Eczema is not passed from person to person.
